我的爸爸已经走了快35年了。</span></p><p style="line-height: 35px;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 18px;color: #000000;"> 我出了书房门（高中毕业），刚走上工作岗位。与其说为了工作，不如说回家务农，任东里村团支书兼出纳会计。父亲生前告诉我，他听支书说，用年把时间锻炼一下接任总帐会计。所以我呢，就主动放弃了复读考大学的念头，从此埋下了一辈子在农村耕耘大地的种子。那时我的堂哥王正华说：“求学是唯一能跳龙（农）门改变命运的路。你太草率了！”</span></p><p style="line-height: 35px;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 18px;color: #000000;"> 我的爸爸是个孤儿，且还是遗腹子，苦命。早年听我的远方伯伯王余久讲，我的爷爷叫王广祥，二十多岁就因病去世，养了一女一子。我的奶奶后来改嫁了，两个小孩跟他们的奶奶生活（我的太太）。一女是姑姑，年龄没有多大时，就被我的大爷爷大奶奶（聋大奶奶）带上海去了，再后来嫁给了上海人，从此就成了大城市里的人啦。我的爸爸在乡下生活到十二三岁，在庄上私塾上了2—3馆书（据说上一季为一馆，一年春夏秋冬为四馆），一馆要几担谷子呢。后来爸爸也被我的大奶奶带到上海了，和我的姑姑一起在大奶奶家谋生，学做小生意，每天从浦东遥船到浦西，卖水产、蔬菜等鲜货。</span></p><p style="line-height: 35px;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 18px;color: #000000;"> 我的爷爷兄弟姐妹7个，据说只有我的爷爷命短，去世得早。我爸爸17岁时被我的二爷爷（后来我们都称呼他为田爷爷）带回来承继田家。因为他的儿子去世了，无后为大，就把我爸爸（他的侄儿）从上海带了回来。后来二奶奶（我们称呼田奶奶）把她的侄女（我妈妈）介绍过来嫁给我的爸爸，成了家立了业。</span></p><p style="line-height: 35px;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 18px;color: #000000;"> 听我妈妈常叨叨，六○年左右最困难的时候，我的爸爸和本庄的杨荣生（木匠）密谋离家出逃去江西，想做矿工，不知道什么原因走漏风声，被庄上干部发现了，计划失败。后来村里把我的爸爸安排在一个生产队当队长，这一干就是20几年。大概到八五年吧，农村改革已经从大生产队划分为小生产组，又从生产组联产到了户，家家有田种，户户有粮卖，真正过上肚皮吃得饱、手上有钱花的年代啦。</span></p><p style="line-height: 35px;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 18px;color: #000000;"> 父亲最闪光的人生，就是在一个生产队二十年连续担任头头（正队长）。我爸之前在另一个生产队当了几年生产队长，后来服从本家兄长支书，又被安排到二队任生产队长。这个二队就我一家王姓。后来我听老干部讲，原来的大队会计姓刘，是二队的，调我爸来这个队领导社员可能另有原因，不便明说。但是，我的爸爸在这个队当队长没有发生一起安全事故，没有一个老百姓和我爸爸结过怨仇，和领导、同事从没有红过脸。老爸的品德：说话公道，排工公平，评分合理。无论男女劳力都服从管理，年老体弱的社员都能妥善安排到谷场上或副业组上，做力所能及的工种，用社员的话说，让这些人也“混”得一些工分。到腊月头上，生产组年终分配有粮草油等物资分得，大劳力得到大工分，年老体弱者也能生活，这就是我爸当队长有方的高明之处。曾记得我爸每天天不亮时，就挨户敲门，叫社员起床烧早饭，一户户劳力上工；白天和他们一同干活带监工；到晚上和生产队会计一起记工分，碰头谈生产茬口，细化第二天工种、人员安排等。爸爸虽然文化不高，但他全身心投入生产队，记忆力又极好，每个社员工分核算没有一笔错过。</span></p><p style="line-height: 35px;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 18px;color: #000000;"> 那年头农村里的孩子如像我们，夜里都希望爸妈干农活加班，生产队碰头，因为加班生产队烧夜餐，碰头有菜吃，大人可带一点残羹肉汤给我们泡饭，鱼腥解解馋，那种美味一世忘不了！</span></p><p style="line-height: 35px;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;font-size: 18px;color: #000000;"> 大集体年代的人和事真多，忆往昔记住的东西随着年龄大了，渐渐淡忘了，唯独爸爸的事忘不了——爸爸有两次机会进城市，但因种种原因失去了机会，但爸爸生产队长当得有滋有味，一点不后悔。我也是，我现在为乡村干，比爸爸的官还大一点，青春在家乡的田野上闪光，也不后悔！今天把这些小事记下来，也算怀念他老人家。</span></p></section></section><section
