17px;">边城的烧饼都是草炉烧饼。每天清晨，店前围一圈儿食客，井然有序等烧饼。女人不停地捏馅儿，塞进葱花、椒盐、豆沙、白糖、猪油，想吃什么滋味的，招呼一声就是。烧饼槌子压上去，来回碾压几下，案板上敲打一番，叮叮当当，响声清脆而有节奏，像极了手艺人的吆喝。男人在炉前忙碌，一般穿一件白背心，脸上红彤彤的，那是火燎的结果。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: 17px;">此时炉桶内暗红的火苗轻舞，男人左手托饼坯，右手拈起一只，轻轻一扬，一个弧线划过，饼已稳稳地贴在炉壁上。轻轻一扬，又是一只。这后，进入高潮。左右开弓，唰唰唰，一个个弧线划过，满案板的饼坯就都贴上了红彤彤的炉壁。这个力度与速度要求很高，慢了烫着自己，快了贴不牢靠。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: content-box;list-style-type: 17px;">炉膛贴满之后，男人抬起头，抽空与老主顾们聊天说笑收钱，喝口水歇一歇。炉内原本薄薄的饼坯子迅速鼓胀，由雪白到淡黄到焦黄，香气如核裂变一样，迅速在街道上蔓延。这是融合了面粉、芝麻、插酥、猪油、猪油渣等物料的结果。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: content-box;list-style-type: none;color: rgb(0, 0, 17px;">一会儿，男人用长长的火钳夹出烧饼。椭圆的是葱油萝卜丝饼，浑圆的是豆沙饼，又有椒盐、白糖的、半是葱花半是椒盐的“龙虎斗”，还有人自带猪油渣请师傅加工的。最后一道工序，再用一只软毛刷给每一只烧饼涂上菜油，浓香之外加上一层清香。性急的，早就撕开一块往口中送，顾不得烫舌头。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: 17px;">不管什么烧饼，如果能配点白粥或者稀饭，甚至有个咸鸭蛋，那就不得了。对那时的我来说，这是不可企及的。有次我去边城看病，走回来的路上，母亲给我买了一个带芝麻的黄烧饼，她说有芝麻的六分，没芝麻的五分。偶尔我也能尝到龙虎斗。拿在手上，沉甸甸的坠手，鼓鼓囊囊的。那么厚实，层次分明。一口咬下去，有的先咸后甜，有的先甜后咸，咸甜交融、面皮与插酥层层叠叠，那味道峰回路转，透过齿间与舌尖，浸润了全身，顿感万事皆足。</span></p><p 17px;">几年后，我到镇上教书。有次临近暑假，天气很热，全镇的教师集中批改试卷，领导心血来潮，从镇上买来几十个龙虎斗，应该是涨价了，两块钱一个。烧饼店的伙计骑摩托车，用大篮子送到学校。一群老大不小的教师欢呼一声，丢下手头的试卷，不顾仪表，狼吞虎咽。当时我住学校，已经吃了早饭，也迅速干掉一个，体会到什么叫“大快朵颐”。</span></p><p style="box-sizing:
