《陈中柱家人的精神高地》一文发布后，有人发信息，也有人当面问我：“你说陈家人都有家国情怀，怎么都跑到澳洲居住呢？”我以前大量查阅陈家的人和事，心中也曾闪过这一疑问。今天看了杨老同学的资料，才弄清楚事情的前因后果。</span></p><p style="line-height:35px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 宋体;font-size: 18px;"> 资料上这样说：陈将军的二女儿陈琪，1937年出生，比大女儿陈璞小两岁。1957年在南京上大学时认识了一个香港来的男生，二人恋爱到大学毕业，陈琪随男友去香港结了婚。到七十年代已生三孩子，其中两个男孩一直被支气管哮喘病困扰。因为香港天气潮湿，春秋季支气管哮喘容易发作，久治不愈。有一次就诊时，医生无意中说，世界上只有一个地方能缓解你们家小孩的病情，那就是澳洲的西澳洲珀斯，那里一年四季阳光灿烂，气候干燥，居住到那儿，自然环境“理疗”胜过“药疗”。说者无心，听者有意，陈琪夫妇翻开世界地图，找到了这个地方，与香港直线距离6000公里的样子。一查点，当时澳大利亚和香港一样，都是英联邦国家和地区，签证移民不成问题。为了孩子健康生长，陈琪夫妇不顾一切，全家移民到珀斯安家置业。<br/></span></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="line-height:35px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 宋体;font-size: 18px;"> 七十年代，陈家四个人当中的陈琪第一个移民到了澳洲。那么，其他三人什么时候去国外的呢？</span></p><p style="line-height:35px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 宋体;font-size: 18px;"> 将军夫人王志芳是第二个移民澳洲的人。当时，王志芳在南京帮大女儿带孩子，与儿女分离，孤独一人十几年。二女儿想母亲，想把一辈子受苦受难的母亲接到身边享福的愿望日渐强烈。当时澳洲的政策没问题，只要担保人申请，一个月内就会批准，主要是国内的政策是否允许。其实，国内拨乱反正后，地富反坏右分子帽子全摘了，所谓历史问题也无人在意和纠缠了。1980年，王志芳申请得到官方同意，65岁的她离开故土回到二女儿身边。1983年，二姐又帮弟弟陈志申请，一家四人移民到澳洲。母子分别23年才团聚一起。大女儿陈璞退休后，为父亲追认烈士奔波了三年，最后一个移民国外。<br/></span></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="line-height:35px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 宋体;font-size: 18px;"> 陈家人都移民澳洲，主要是二女儿陈琪打了前站，有了人脉和产业支撑，为全家人移民提供了便利。她们移民的核心主旨为是亲骨肉一家人团聚，族脉繁衍，再也不会分离。这与社会上有人误解陈家人逃离祖国完全是两码事。我的理解是，移民跟爱国没有必然的联系。我们不能拿“爱国”一词对个人的选择作出道德上绑架。每个人都会有自己的选择，或给子女好的教育，与爱不爱国无关，目的是为了更好的生活。在经济全球化的当下，移民是一种全球资产配置行为。如今，移民已成一个双赢、甚至多赢的投资方式。</span></p><p style="line-height:35px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 宋体;font-size: 18px;"> 故我认为，陈家人移民不是不爱国，只是家族团聚的选择。就说将军夫人吧，侨居国外后，常回国看看。1999年，她拿着卖掉澳洲房产的30万元，回国到丈夫老家建湖设“陈中柱奖学金”，后又拿出5万澳元改善教育环境；2015年，全体陈家人又捐100万元加大“陈中柱奖学金”。谁能说他们的心中没有祖国呢？王志芳百岁这一年，不顾家人反对，还执意坐着轮椅回国，满怀深情最后一次扑到祖国母亲的怀中！</span></p><p
