17px;">我们自然村，有几个生产组种的田，分布在东沟河两岸。东沟河长2500米，宽50米，东西走向，一头是“胡同”，跟外河不相通，偏僻、闭塞。河岸凹凸，路面窄小，田埂是羊肠小道，种田人下地，步行不便，运肥、载粮，无船不行。两岸有800亩良田，世世代代的农民就在东沟河两岸，默默耕耘。夏天，河里水草荡漾，河岸边古老的榆树上，知了使劲地叫，一片静谧；在东沟河顶头薅草的农妇，即使是中午，有时听到鱼儿一跳，心里也一惊，静得可怕；傍晚，劳动的人，如果是一个人，会早早收工，心里发怵。</span></section><section 17px;">收割机、拖拉机、插秧机等，必须用船装，选择塌坡的地方才敢上岸。有一次，机工开收割机上岸时，跳板歪了，收割机一侧翻，左腿压断了，大忙时，机工养伤，影响了收割，承包户心急如焚，这一下天塌了。有些老农民夫妇，年龄大了，儿女在外打工，又没有人愿意承包，只好自己种田，施肥时，把化肥抬到船上，再抬上岸；收获时，待收割机收好后，把粮食抬上船再抬上岸，苦不堪言。不少人家，收割时，先用一大块花塑料布摊在田头，让收割机倒粮食。一次收小麦，正好是下午，几户刚收好，电闪雷鸣，雨即跟到，麦子全湿了，人们欲哭无泪。还有人家，承包几亩田，没有路，收割机难到，机工不愿意去，这样自己就要用镰刀割，那太艰难了！有时答应加钱，机工才勉强去，有时加钱也不去。怎么办呢？儿女们春节回来时，恭恭敬敬地请机工喝酒，希望机工帮父母的忙，收割稻麦，开拖拉机的机工，同样也要请。</span></section><section 17px;">前几年，曾有一农民开的“四不像”小卡车，在机耕路上为老板装土，因为是土路，加上技术不精，一侧翻，翻在路旁的水沟里，车子压在司机身上，当场窒息身亡。由于没有农用公路，傍晚不少村民在大公路上散步，经常出事故。</span></section><section style="box-sizing: content-box;list-style-type: none;color: 17px;">由于没有路，运粮、送肥、农机收割、耕地等等，皆不方便，种田大户望而却步，田流转不了！而有路的土地早就被承包了，外面精彩的世界，使八百亩地的一个个承包户们唉声叹气。有很多七八十岁的农民说，到我们离开这世界时，也不知能不能造农用公路。农户们每年听到布谷鸟的叫声，就心烦意乱，收难运难；深秋了，知了还在不知趣地叫，要收稻了，农户们愁容满面，又是难。忧伤、惆怅、企盼交织在一起，人们像盼星星，盼月亮，盼望深山出太阳一样，盼望着深田僻地能尽快造路。有些老农民说，如果造了路，土地早点流转承包出去，我们也能享几天福，死也瞑目了。</span></section><section 17px;">五年前的一天下午，田野里突然来了测量队，先是勘察，确定路线后，然后就是测量。有一个先看到的村民，问为何测量，测量队长回答说，这八百亩良田闭塞无路，现在准备开始造路。该村民说，谢天谢地，我们天天在盼啦！他大声说了一下：造路啦！干活的村民立即丟下手中的活，有的还赤着脚，就向测量队走来，问这问那，一下子聚集了几十个人，一会儿就传遍了全社区，人们比过春节，办喜事都高兴。</span></section><section 17px;">施工单位，在不长的时间内，造了南北纵向的路，有四千米长，东沟河是东西走向，河上架起了桥，几百年来望河兴叹，终于变通途了，在东沟河种了一辈子地的农民，笑得合不拢嘴。这条纵向的路，连接起了6个社区，横向又造了几条，从田野深处穿过，一直到田的边缘。这样，不管什么大型农机一直开到田头，运肥、装粮，各种运输车一齐上，打药水也开着电动车下地，要有多方便就有多方便。下田干活时，四轮电动车滚滚向前，夫妇二人都坐在车前面，看看风景，洒下了欢声笑语，两旁笔直的树木，像士兵一样，向路人行注目礼。</span></section><section 17px;">新路造好的第一年秋收前，种田大户们就打起了这八百亩田的主意，有我们本社区的，还有远方的。村民们都说，路造好了，太方便了，我们还不一定舍得流转承包给大户，但有些农民年龄大了，有流转承包的念头。第一年每亩承包金八百元，第二年要求流转的小户多了，涨到九百元，第三年一千元，去年涨到一千二百元，还有一千三百元的。有的淳朴的村民说，说良心话，不能再涨了，人家大户蛮辛苦的，也要让人家赚一点。千言万语并一句，要感谢政府为我们造了路，不然土地也流转不了！</span></section><section 17px;">由于有了农路，早晨跑步，晚上散步的真是成群结队，再也不到大公路上去了，担心不安全的心事全部飞到了九霄云外。我也经常跑步散步，我起得早，跑步也早，往往走在队伍的前面，后面是黑压压的人群，他们都称我是“带头大哥”，我把跑步的要领时时讲给大家听，也把坚持跑的效果反复讲，现在跑步的人在慢慢增多；晚上散步时，大家要我讲故事，我欣然接受，不仅讲故事，还讲祖国的巨变，讲农村美好的远景，每个人听了，笑逐颜开。</span></section><section
