15px;">被省社科联列为全省社科联系统“一市一品”首批项目之后，在2022年联合盐城工学院成功举办首届论坛的基础上，2023年，又联合盐城师范学院以“中国式现代化与沿海城市高质量发展”为主题成功举办第二届论坛。本届论坛盛况空前，江苏省社科联党组书记、常务副主席张新科，盐城市委常委、宣传部部长陈卫红与会致辞。中国前驻韩国大使邱国洪，江苏长江经济带研究院院长成长春，中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所副所长段学军，复旦大学历史地理研究中心副教授鲍俊林，江苏省战略与发展研究中心主任孙志高五位专家发表主旨演讲。江苏省社科院、江苏师范大学、华东政法大学、南京审计大学等高校，省社科联有关部门和部分兄弟市社科联，新华日报、中新网等新闻媒体，我市市县党政机关有关部门和单位、校地合作共建智库和社科类学术社团等150余人应邀参会。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p 盐城市社科联强化论坛作为智库成果发布平台功能，以举办论坛为契机，引导和倒逼各合作共建智库研发“拳头产品”，彰显各个智库自身发展特色。围绕“人与自然和谐共生现代化的盐城实践”重大课题，盐城市社科联带头放好样子，联合重庆智库暨大运河智库走遍盐城各个县（市、区）深入调研，出版<strong>《在盐城，看见美丽中国——人与自然和谐共生现代化的新答卷》</strong>一书。该成果在全球滨海论坛会议召开之际推出，并在第二届黄海论坛正式发布，得到市委市政府领导高度肯定。围绕打造对外开放高地，推动中韩（盐城）产业园创新发展研究院编辑出版<strong>《勇立潮头：走向高质量发展的中韩（盐城）产业园》</strong>，在第二届黄海论坛智库峰会上正式发布，并在第五届中韩贸易投资博览会开幕式上由盐城开发区主要负责同志再次发布，产生广泛影响。围绕服务建设绿色低碳发展示范区，推动黄海湿地生态文明研究中心出版研究成果<strong>《争当绿色转型典范——盐城生态产品价值实现思路及对策》</strong>；围绕盐城重点发展产业，推动盐城产教融合发展中心出版研究成果<strong>《盐城新能源汽车及配套产业竞争力和人才发展报告》</strong>。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p></p><p 盐城市社科联精心策划举办第二十届社会科学普及宣传周，在省社科联确定的“奋力新实践，谱写新篇章”大主题下，将本届宣传周盐城市主题进一步细化为“讲好盐城故事，强化文化赋能”，吸引和组织业务主管的学会和联合共建的省、市社科普及基地积极参与。开幕式上，为新创建的6家省级社科普及示范基地、7家市级社科普及基地授牌，为盐城建市四十周年“我家在盐城”市情微调研获奖人员颁奖，特别是举行了<strong>《盐城乡土语文》、《烽火华章——盐城红色文学作品选读》</strong>两本新书首发仪式，受到与会领导和广大群众一致好评。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 盐城市社科联联合盐城师范学院文学院和范仲淹研究会推动出版的《盐城乡土语文》，先后入选江苏省和盐城市社科普及资助项目。该书以择取往哲的名篇为主，又附以时贤佳作。覆盖盐城全域而又有所侧重，由微知著，以呈现盐城文学整体风貌为旨归，显示了盐城市社科联对地方文化普及事业深沉的使命意识和历史情怀。《烽火华章——盐城红色文学作品选读》由盐城市社科联指导合作共建智库盐城地域文化与社会治理研究院编辑出版，该书搜罗革命文艺工作者在盐阜大地留存的饱含红色基因的诗文，为发掘、整理、开发、转化和利用好盐城红色文化资源，提供生动素材、重要元素和史料支撑。此外，在盐城市社科联指导下，盐城地域文化与社会治理研究院还资助出版<strong>《盐城革命文艺史略》</strong>，该成果获江苏高校哲学社会科学研究重点项目，是迄今首部全面总结和系统研究盐城革命文艺史的专著，并被省文艺评论家协会评为2023年江苏省文艺大奖·文艺评论奖一等奖。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 第二十届社会科学普及宣传周期间，组织社团和基地开展社科讲座、咨询服务、专题展览、阅读分享等活动100余场，盐都区图书馆举办了“奋进新征程阅享新时代”演讲比赛、中国海盐博物馆开展了中国传统节日与天文历法知识普及、中共华中工委纪念馆开展了“传承红色基因，担当历史使命”社科普及讲座，白驹狮子口会师纪念馆开展了红色故事进校园等活动，进一步推动了哲学社会科学面向群众，营造全社会参与社科普及的良好氛围。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p></p><p 盐城市社科联发挥社科联主编内刊《社科咨政》主渠道作用，编印《社科咨政》10期，获得市委市政府主要领导批示14篇次。例如，《解密淄博烧烤爆火背后的流量密码助推“网红”盐城打造》获得市委书记周斌肯定性批示。根据批示要求，市委和市政府分管领导组织发改、文旅等10余家部门召开专题座谈会，深入研究做好该成果转化工作。《做好美国加州州长纽森访问盐城的后半篇文章》《打造地标产业集群：株洲的做法和经验值得盐城学习》《解锁产业发展新模式 “预制”盐城农业新未来》《抢抓政策机遇 争创国家产教融合试点城市》等成果获得市委书记周斌肯定性批示，研究成果针对性强、时效性高，对做好后续具有重要意义。《社科咨政》为市委、市政府决策提供参考，在服务全市中心工作中发挥了重要作用。同时，盐城市社科联鼓励和支持智库积极向“两办”主办的内刊投稿，《盐阜大众报》理论版智库供稿占发文的三分之二左右。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 盐城市社科联与市委党校联合发布2023年度新四军革命精神研究课题，推动新四军红色文化研究；联合市图书馆开展图书情报类专项社科课题研究，以学术促进研究，解决图书馆发展事业过程中的重难点问题；联合市农业农村局等单位主办盐城市乡村振兴研讨会，探讨在新发展格局下的盐城乡村振兴发展路径；与市委党校、盐城工学院马克思主义学院联合举办盐城籍学者李锦调查研究展览，市委研究室、市政府研究室等近10家党政机关主要负责同志亲自参加开幕式，进一步增强了各有关部门与市社科联之间的工作联系。</span></p><p></p></section></section></section></section></section><p
