sans-serif;">农历的年节有很多规矩，无锡人称过年为“祝飨”，是一种藉以寻根问祖萦绕心间的情怀。忙年从小年就开始了，千家万户都会早早筹措各项忙年之事。南宋名臣范成大曾写过一首《祭灶词》的诗：“古传腊月二十四，灶君朝天欲言事。云车风马小留连，家有杯盘丰典祀。猪头烂热双鱼鲜，豆沙甘松粉饵团。男儿酌献女儿避，酹酒烧钱灶君喜。婢子斗争君莫闻，猫犬角秽君莫嗔；送君醉饱登天门，杓长杓短勿复云，乞取利市归来分。”记录的就是忙小年之事。记忆中我家过小年在腊月廿四。吃半素的小脚祖母，清晨在床上静坐作功之后，即起身到灶老爷神龛前念经。念完一些《金刚经》后，由母亲陪着去离家仅百步的大运河边，放生一条大鲫鱼。<o:p></o:p></span></section><section sans-serif;">那时父亲在锡城开着一家颇有规模、影响不错的大戏院，因此，父亲对腊月廿四送灶神的日子，总是很有仪式感。我们一早就被母亲叫起来，这天的早餐是全家吃汤团。餐后我们都要请理发师傅来家中理发（该师傅是常年包的，那时我还很小，这位年纪已大的理发师傅从不在我家大门进来，只走边门，长者进门后我总会鞠一个躬，师傅不在客厅理发，为了洗头方便，师傅总是在灶间为我们全家理发），然后在灶间的隔间香汤沐浴。<o:p></o:p></span></section><section sans-serif;">父亲在不大的红方纸上用毛笔书写好“上天言好事，下界保平安”等平安的字样，贴于灶头等处（我家那时有两间偌大的灶披间，连着正屋的后门，灶间里砌有一口两眼大灶，几只陶瓷大水缸。我下乡时用的是单眼灶，家里用的比插队时用的大一倍。灶头有一长方形烟囱直插屋顶，离灶头约一米的烟囱处，有一处凹进去很规整的地方便是灶老爷的神龛，里面贴着一张灶老爷夫妇和数名孩子、护神官员的彩色油印纸神像，神像上有“灶君之神位”字样。父亲在灶爷神位处放上贴了红纸的供品，一只猪头、一只活杀的大公鸡等，大公鸡宰后，姐姐会</span><span sans-serif;">下来，用铜钱为垫，做成鸡毛毽子踢毽子。父亲点燃香烛，十分虔诚地烧纸钱祭灶送灶神。然后，父亲开始写家里前后门和边门的对联，备着用于大年夜张贴。父亲挥毫，写好一副又一副，待墨迹干了，就把它卷起放到写字台上。记得有一副对联是这样写的，上联：“克勤克俭平安人家”，下联：“积善积德康健吉祥”，横批：“耕读人家”，写完对联又写了用于贴在各房门上和大小水缸上的七八张“福”。民间有“十七、十八，越掸越发”之说，很高的房梁无法清除蛛网灰尘，父亲用很长的竹竿在竹尖处用稻草捆扎后掸檐尘。母亲对门窗、家具进行擦拭，清扫家中旮旮旯旯。这天的下午，母亲还有绞脸的事要做，母亲坐在大房间的床沿边，温顺地让常年给母亲绞脸的女人很有韵律地绞着脸，而母亲的脸上则露着享受的样子。我总是很奇怪，那个小脚女人双手交叉着的一根很细的棉线，在母亲脸上来来回回上上下下不停地滑动，怎么能把母亲脸上的汗毛绞尽呢……送灶神的前后几天，在那个年月，无论是城中僻巷，还是乡下村巷，一到夜里就有更夫击柝巡夜，不停地提醒人们：“寒冬腊月，小心火烛，水缸满满，灶门干净，前门关关，后门撑撑……”于是，从这天起，置办年货就开始了。</span></section><p sans-serif;">过了小年，春节很快就到了，农历正月初一为春节，这是传统节日中最大的一个节日，春节也兼指正月初一至十五的一段时间。从我记事起，每逢春节家里忙年的情景都历历在目。尽管新政权建立后，国家和老百姓都很穷，但千家万户仍然少不了要忙年。我家真正意义上的过年，是从小年夜开始的。小年夜的中午，母亲早早烧好一桌供奉祖宗的饭菜，有红烧鱼肉等荤素七八样摆在客厅的大八仙桌上，八仙桌四周放条凳或方凳，盛上一大碗堆得像小山似的米饭，许多小酒盅和筷子摆放在饭碗旁，在小酒盅里斟上洋河白酒，然后父亲点燃摆放在桌上的香烛，出大门祷告和迎接祖宗回老宅享用年饭。这时父亲虔诚地双膝跪在朝南八仙桌前的蒲团上作揖磕头“伏惟尚飨”，然后为葬在故土的祖父和列祖列宗默默地烧着纸钱，火光不断吞噬着纸钱，遥遥送上儿孙们的祭奠和无尽的牵挂。祖母和母亲则在一旁，口中念念有词，小声呼着“广年祖公、玉堂公公、各位宗太太、冤家如智先夫”等列代祖宗的大名，请老祖宗护佑子孙，把锡箔元宝带到另一个世界去发达，一路平安。这时我们这些孩子肃立在八仙桌一旁，不能随便讲话，更不能随便碰祭桌。供完祖宗后全家男先女后依次跪在蒲团上向列祖列宗跪拜叩首。祭拜仪式结束后，父亲还要走下五级石台阶的大门外，在院子的锭灰盆里焚化纸钱，目送祖先回天国。我还未出生时，每逢年节将临，都会请家里帮佣在饭店办桌，父亲开了戏馆后，则在棉花巷戏子宿舍的大院里，办席给职员们发压岁钱，但大小年夜则在家中有条不紊地摆席。</span><o:p></o:p></section><section initial;">菜馔</span>比小年夜的丰盛一些，猪肉是过年的主打菜，还有鸡鸭干贝淡菜之类大汤。一家人围坐在八仙桌旁，热热闹闹吃团圆饭、喝团圆酒。为了御寒，八仙桌下放一只取暖的炭炉和几只脚炉。开席时父亲对我们说：“吃了年夜饭，明天就长一岁了，你们将来要好好读书，才有出息。”说完父亲先向祖母敬酒，祝她老人家长寿。吃半素的祖母并不会喝酒，但年夜饭会吃一点荤菜。父亲动箸，挟了红烧五花肉和蛋饺给祖母，年夜饭在带有一些庄严的色彩下开始了。平时，我们家有个规矩，吃饭是不允许发出声来的，唯年夜饭例外，可以说说笑笑。母亲把带根的豆芽一一放到我们碗里，告诉我们这是如意菜，吃了万事称心如意，还把包着白菜猪油的春卷一一分到我们碗里，谓咬春或曰炸春。祖母则交代大家，红烧鳊鱼要放到明天才能吃，年年有余。然后父母亲对饮起来，父亲喝多了会红脸，母亲的酒量不比父亲差，但不上脸。父亲喝得开心时，会给我这个长子也咪上一小口，辣得我直吐小舌头，随心欢乐的气氛笼罩了全家，年夜饭，吃的是一桌浓浓的亲情年味。年夜饭结束后，母亲收拾好桌上的碗碟，又在炭炉里添薪，父亲在偌大的景德镇老古董瓷壶里泡好茶叶茶，放上几颗青橄榄。我们都围坐着八仙桌，喝着元宝茶消食，听父亲给我们讲“孙悟空大闹天空”“武松打虎”等，祖母则让我们一句一句跟读《三字经》《百家姓》《弟子规》。我家没有大年三十守夜的习惯，到了晚上八九点，全家都会在灶间的隔间大汤盆里香汤沐浴，洗好后我们都到床上去睡觉。这时母亲给我们几个姐弟妹的床头都放上了新的衣裤，从头到脚、从里到外都是新的，连鞋袜也换上新的，并在我们的枕头底每人放上用红纸包起来的“压岁钱”，里面是几张一角钱的纸币。据说拿了“压岁钱”，能祛邪、避灾、平平安安度过一年。还在每条被窝里放好焐脚的汤婆子，对我们说不要把汤婆子踢翻了，把水漏在床上。交代我们年初一不能乱说，特别是不吉利的话一定不能说，并交代我们年初一起床后第一个给祖母拜年，然后给大人拜年。</span><o:p></o:p></section><section sans-serif;">记得我很小的时候，同样是小脚的外婆给我的压岁钱还是1948年发行的第一套人民币（注：1948年12月1日，在华北银行、北海银行、西北农民银行基础上，合并组成中国人民银行，人民币诞生），面值一万元旧币（注：相当于新币一元），外婆说这钱马上就不能用了（注：这套旧版人民币1955年停止使用），去买点零食吃。解放前后外婆从上海的大舅那里来到无锡，曾住在母亲这儿多年，外婆于20世纪80年代谢世，耄耋高寿怕我不会用钱，记得外婆带我到离家很近的面铺，排队买了一副大饼油条，找下来的零钱怎么花费的，我已全然记不清了。和小雅结婚后，才知道除夕的傍晚，岳父家带着一家老小，先到靠近家门的四川北路同德堂做礼拜，然后放在奉献箱里10—20元人民币，年夜饭则吃火锅大餐，在外地任职赶回上海的兄姐及兄嫂姐夫们，一大家十几口人围着偌大的红木圆桌而坐，推杯问盏，啜饮之余，宴酣笑语，颇有魏晋时士大夫风度。到了晚上十点以后，全家还要包馄饨吃夜宵守夜。中唐白居易《问刘十九》诗言：“绿蚁新醅酒，红泥小火炉。晚来天欲雪，能饮一杯无。”我想这就是家的味道，这就是亲情的眷念。我家吃年夜饭除了规矩多一些，与岳父家除夕宴相比，几只荤素其实还是很寒碜的。</span><o:p></o:p></section><section sans-serif;">大年初一天刚放亮，父亲起床后第一件事就是边说“大门大吉”，边拉出门栓插销，把两扇厚重的大门打开，走下五级石台阶，在路口点上一支香，用香的火星燃着鞭炮引线，放八只大炮仗、一挂小鞭炮。父亲回屋后，在大铁锅里盛上一碗母亲早就下好的大汤圆，泡上一杯放着青橄榄的元宝茶，供奉家里的祖宗神位。姐弟妹起床后全身从头到脚穿戴崭新衣裤鞋袜，十分兴奋。姐弟妹按长幼向祖母跪拜，祝祖母健康长寿，祖母这时会给我们每人一个红纸包，里面包着几张五分钱的纸币。到父母房间，向父母跪拜，口中说着“拜年”之类的吉祥话。初一早上吃包了芝麻或萝卜丝酿心或实心的大汤圆，吃完早饭后姐弟妹们围坐着八仙桌嗑瓜子、剥花生，还有红枣、柿饼、油京果。中餐和晚饭，有长梗菜，象征长寿，有菠菜炒百叶、青菜炒豆腐、芹菜豆腐干、黄豆芽，象征年年健康称心如意。大年夜未动箸的那条红烧鳊鱼，又端上了桌，乃年年有余。如今我口福不浅，皆为祖上积德，惠及后世。<o:p></o:p></span></section><section
