义路花开红胜火——退役老兵盐城好人高汉荣十年义工路

在高汉荣家中客厅一隅的衣架上，一年四季都挂着一件红色的马甲。马甲的背面印着一幅由红心、和平鸽、手掌组成的图案，构图活泼、鲜明，充满着浓浓的爱意和生命的张力。明眼人一看，就知道这个图案所蕴藏的美好寓意和深刻内涵。每当高汉荣穿上它去参加义工活动时，他心里头就会升腾起青年时代，第一次穿上绿军装，意气风发迈入军营的那种荣耀与责任。</span></p><p><span 从“搭把手行动”“陪伴行动”“补爱行动”到“新岸之旅”“保护母亲河”“未爱启航”，再到“慈孝接力行”“爱心素食馆”“公益集市”，在大丰义工联各项公益活动中，都不难看见高汉荣的身影。自从他第一次圆满地完成大丰义工联负责人交办的活动任务后，他犹如一个农人经过辛勤耕种而取得丰盈的收获那样，心中充满了无比幸福与喜悦。从此，他就与义工这个“职业”结下了深深的情缘。</span></span></p><p><span 那时，高汉荣还没有退休，他只能通过星期天及有限的业余时间，竭尽自己的全力来参加各种义工活动。他刚参与义工活动时，家人和朋友们都并不赞同。因高汉荣的两个姐姐均在外地，作为独子的他，身边还有一个时年80多岁高龄的老母亲需要照顾。下岗后的妻子迫于生计，还在维系着一家小店，在起早贪黑的经营。自家情况的窘迫和困难程度，是可想而知的。而高汉荣却时常语重心长地对亲友们说：“家庭困难是可以克服的，世上没有跨不过去的坎。但爱是有源头的，也是有根据的。多年的军旅生涯教会了我日后应该怎样去回报社会，报效祖国。岁月的年轮正在一天天地扩展，当回望我们用曾经洒下的汗水，已汇聚成一条波光粼粼的河流，我们子孙后代的心田，又是多么的丰润充沛啊……”最终，亲友们被他那一颗对人间大爱的赤诚之心和义无反顾的执着精神而感化了。</span></span></p><p><span 高汉荣退休前供职于大丰区粮食系统。他经历过“上山下乡”的磨砺，之后又步入绿色军营，投入到解放军这个革命的大学校之中。坎坷与历练的经历，使他得到了理想情操的陶冶和怀有崇高的信仰，从而光荣地加入了中国共产党。由于他办事极其认真，工作作风踏实，为人又很正直，在他所从事的职业范围内，拥有较高的“知名度”。在粮食系统工作，少不了与千家万户打交道，尤以“三农”为主。因他平时就好善乐施，自然而然成了四乡八邻乡亲们眼中的热心人。</span></span></p><p><span leaf="">在后来无数次的义工活动之中，让高汉荣印象特别深刻的是，2018年夏粮收购期间的一个晚上，原大中镇老坝村85岁的孤寡老人朱松友，用颤抖声音打电话给他，说家里大约有8000多斤小麦脱粒后仍晒在场上，没有劳力帮他装袋、收储，并运送到粮食收购点卖掉。眼看雷雨天气即将到来，如不及时处理，这些小麦很可能就会全部烂在场上……此时，当年军人作风犹存，办事雷厉风行的高汉荣没有一丝一毫的犹豫，立即应允下来。他马上在义工微信群里发帖，招募队友们响应。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent:2em;"><span style="font-size:17px;"><span leaf="">帖子发出去没有几分钟，高汉荣又担心起来。这次活动与平时大不一样，是一个妥妥的重体力活儿，没有一定体力的人是根本胜任不了的。正在他犯愁的时候，有人跟帖了，而且一个接着一个地跟了进来，不到半小时，无论男女老少，就远远地超过了他预定人数的要求。紧接着，高汉荣联系好运输车辆，第二天一大早，所有应招人员悉数来到朱家。经过两个小时的装袋、搬运、装车等一系列程序，终于在大雨来临之前，将8000多斤小麦送到了粮食收购点。当朱松友老人捧着厚厚一沓的售粮款时，老泪纵横的他，激动的连话都说不出来。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent:2em;"><span style="font-size:17px;"><span leaf="">自从那次活动以后，由高汉荣提议，经义工联理事会集体讨论决定，将“烈属、军残、重症、特困”等四类人员，开通24小时求助电话，并让懂得粮食购销业务的高汉荣具体负责帮困卖粮工作。这个活动形成以后，多年来共帮助“四类人员”卖粮106次，累计售粮约有60多万公斤。为此，大丰义工的红马甲就像火一样燃烧到全区的各乡镇，他们走到哪里，这团如同冬天里的火焰，就散发出温暖的热量，受到了社会各界的广泛赞誉。</span></span></p><section 就拿“二院”来说，每一个星期，义工们都毫不例外去那里帮助精神病患者改善伙食。而250多人用餐的掌勺师傅，是由高汉荣及几位有厨艺的义工担任。这是一项集厨艺、体能、耐力为一体的力气活儿，关系到“陪伴行动”能否飞得更高，走得更远的完美延续。而且，这项活动每月至少要吃上一次“大餐”。这是大丰义工联多年前就定下来的 “潜规则”，也称得上是一条“铁律”。而大餐的主要内容，就是让众多患者吃上一顿美味可口而倍感温馨的水饺。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:17px;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></span></p><section nodeleaf="" style="text-align: 为了保证食材的新鲜程度和获得批发价格，天还没亮，负责采购的人员就赶到农贸市场。每一次就要采购70斤猪肉，30斤鸡蛋，20斤香干，20斤香菇，260斤大白菜，以及饺皮和各种调味品，总重量就有500多斤。接下来，由高汉荣组织20多名义工制作水饺馅，并安排80多名义工包水饺。该“二院”有250多名精神病患者，平均每人30只，总量就到达7500只。其工作量之大，可想而知，辛苦程度从中可窥一斑。</span></span></p><section 除此以外，“搭把手行动”也是义工的一项主题活动。在一次“搭把手行动·家乡美”走进梅花湾的活动中，高汉荣突然来了灵感。他要将部队团结友爱的光荣传统和互相帮助的美德，传承到他所热爱的义工活动中。他想，是否将几个或多个受助家庭组织起来，进行一次聚会和互动呢？让他们既增进受助家庭之间的相互了解，又加强受助者与义工的情感联络，同时还能使“搭把手行动”彰显出浓浓的温馨，让这个活动形式多样，色彩纷呈。说干就干，高汉荣随即联系了多个活动小组的组长，马上就得到了积极的响应。于是就诞生了“你家我家是一家”，而充满了勃勃生机的联谊活动。</span></span></p><p><span 开创两周年。高汉荣特意挑选了几个比较特殊的受助家庭，在他们当中，有的是高位截肢，有的是半身不遂，有的还失智、失能。这样的家庭聚集在一起共叙友情，在大丰历史上还是第一次。那天，他们像走亲访友一样，聚在事先布置好的活动场地，相互问好和祝福，相互嘘寒问暖，相互留下了联系方式……每一个受助者从那一天开始，不再受到孤独的折磨，又回归到了情意融融的社会大家庭里，得到了人们对他们应有的认可与尊重，他们一个个都激动得热泪盈眶，有的人甚至喜极而泣。</span></span></p><p leaf="">通过这个活动，义工志愿者改变了十几个受助家庭的命运，让他们懂得了真正的人生的哲理。也改变了他们家人对慈爱的正确理解和深刻认识，同时又提升了义工们的开拓进取之心，使他们在未来漫长的义工活动中不断进步，不断成长。自从这项活动开启以来，一直都未中断过，延续至今，取得了良好的社会效益。</span></span></p><section data-support="96编辑器" leaf="">自从高汉荣加入大丰义工联合会后，每年除了参加不少于600个小时的活动外，还年年坚持捐献善款逾万元。在这个物欲横流的社会里，有人嘲笑他是在“拿钱买罪受”，作憨犯傻；也有人对他的行为不屑一顾，甚至嗤之以鼻。可高汉荣对这些流言蜚语却毫不理会，他始终保持着一个军人的本色，义无反顾而矢志不渝地走在了关爱弱势群体的阳关大道上。他将这个崇高的公益事业堪比自己的生命，也是他人生中坚定不移的崇高信仰。他经常说道：“生命是有终点的，但爱心之路却没有句号，永无止境……”</span></span></p><p
