border-box;">优化申报条件。</span></strong>鼓励各地加大对中青年非遗代表性传承人的培育力度，对于取得突出业绩成果的中青年非遗代表性传承人，可放宽申报条件。增加对于集体传承、大众实践、分工协作的项目，探索认定传承有序、积极实践的省级非遗代表性传承群体。要求仅从事非遗资料搜集、整理和研究，或销售、管理，不直接从事非遗传承工作和活动的人员和团体，不得认定为省级非遗代表性传承人。</p><p border-box;">规范认定流程。</span></strong>省文旅厅建立具有较高学术水平和良好职业道德的专家组成的非遗专家库，并从中抽取专家组建评审组。评审组对推荐申报人选进行评议，并提出评审意见；评审委员会对评审组的评审意见进行审核复议，确定省级非遗代表性传承人推荐名单，以省文化和旅游厅名义向社会公示。视情况可增加在评审现场安排传承人线上答辩环节。</p><p
